Using our apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or otherwise misuse them, and not to use them in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other people’s use.

Subscriptions and payments

Where an app offers a paid plan, it is sold through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms and are managed from your Apple account settings.

Health and fitness information

Nutrition, training and recovery figures shown in our apps — including estimates produced by AI — are for general information only. They are not medical advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified professional. Speak to a doctor before making significant changes to your diet or training.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into our apps. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it so the app works for you.

Availability and liability

Our products are provided “as is”. We work to keep them running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as our products change. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
